QPoint2dBuffer.unquantizePoint Function
Extracts and unquantizes the point at the specified index from a buffer.
unquantizePoint(buffer: QPoint2dBuffer, pointIndex: number, result?: Point2d): Point2d
throws Error if pointIndex is out of bounds.
